animation on film is sort of a catch-22. unlike many digital projects, wherein you can immediately get started on production, traditional animation requries the acquisition of paper, film stock, filters, props, and other assorted doo-dads. the most expensive parts of production so far have been the paper and the film stock. thankfully, with a bit of help, we've been able to keep costs slightly lower on our end, which helps us not only get started faster, but, consequently, get finished faster.
we'd rather not implement a one-size-fits-all system, so here are a few ways you can help us out:

paper is the one thing our traditional productions cannot do without. the paper we use is Lightfoot Ltd's 17lb 12-field ACME-punched paper. you can help us out by sending us either a pack of 100 sheets or a ream (500 sheets). you may also call lightfoot ltd. over the phone @ 951-693-5165 to process the order. the SKU numbers for these items are SKU00289-100 and SKU00284, respectively. when ordering, make sure to specify the address as:
Stupid Optical Studios
PMB 510
2275 W County Line Rd Ste 15
Jackson, NJ 08527
please e-mail us at [email protected] before ordering to confirm your donation/delivery. we typically send out things in return to those who supply a return address, such as production sketches, unused art, and other "artifacts" from the trenches of animation. thank you for helping to keep the studio afloat!
